CheckAML.world provides blockchain analysis tools to estimate the risk associated with cryptocurrency addresses ("Risk Score"). The Service is for informational purposes only. We offer 3 free checks per 24-hour period for personal use.
3. No Financial or Legal Advice
A "Low Risk" score does not guarantee that funds are clean, and a "High Risk" score does not prove illegality. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third parties (such as exchanges freezing accounts) based on our data.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CheckAML.world, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or inability to access the Service.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity. Automated scraping of our data without API permission is prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
